Universal Cassettes Warranty
We offer a 100% warranty on materials and workmanship for five (5) years,
including all internal parts. Additionally we offer a 100% warranty
for the life of the cassette on the thermoplastic rod hinge.
We do
not cover misuse or abuse, although, at our discretion, we will repair and/or
replace items damaged in accidents for a nominal charge.
