Part Number System Explanation We have designed a part number
inventory system for our product line that easily and exactly defines each
item. By combining personal knowledge and an innovative inventory system, we
can help you select the most effective cassettes for your specific needs. No
other cassette company offers the combination of quality, pricing and
standardization as the Universal Dental Cassette Management System. We use
stainless steel combined with ultra modern CNC (computer numerical control)
machining and CAD (computer aided design) programs to produce a product of

is a Universal Dental Cassette, in the General Purpose Cassette Series that
is 8 inches long and 6 inches wide with silicone strips in the bottom,
featuring a10 instrument insert, amalgam carrier slot, accessory area and
needle recapper.

How To Easily Use Our Identification Part Number
System:
- Example: Sample part number H86.0010i (In the above example we
are using an ‘H’ which designates a General Purpose Series cassette)
- H: The first letter of the part number represents the model of
the cassette. We use the letters A - Z to designate specific models of
cassettes.
- A, B and C designation represents the STAT Series specifically
designed for the Statim Sterilizer.
- D, E, F, G and H represent the General Purpose Series.
- J, K and S represent the Large Operational Series.
- 8: The first number represents the cassette length in inches.
- 6.00: The second, third and fourth numbers represent the width
of the cassette in inches.
- 10: The fifth and sixth numbers represent the number of
instruments the cassette will accommodate.
- i: The letter at the end designates specific internal
arrangements: (a, b, c, i, m)
- a, b, c, etc. - accessories permanently attached
- i - instrument rack insert
- m - modified cassettes
- d - double hinge
